This policy explains what information Zach Harper LLC ("Zach Harper," "I," "me") collects through this website, how it's used, and the choices you have.
Information I collect
Information you give me. When you fill out the contact form or email me, I receive what you provide: your name, email address, phone number if you include it, your neighborhood, details about your house, and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site and its hosting provider may record basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location based on your IP address. This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site.
How I use it

I don't sell your personal information, and I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who I share it with
I share information only with service providers that help run the website and my business, such as Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Resend (delivering contact-form messages), and Google (Google Analytics), and only as needed for them to do that work. With your permission, I may share project details with contractors or trades working on your project. I may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
This site uses cookies from Google Analytics to measure visits and see which pages are useful. Analytics only runs if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Cloudflare may also set cookies needed for security and performance. How long I keep it
I keep inquiry and project information as long as needed to respond, complete the work, and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or securely store it.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the personal information I have about you by emailing info@zachharper.com. I'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
